Lester, one of the employees of the Academy, really helped us out a lot during our stay. He invited us to his home for some Filipino treats!

I think he prayed right before he ate it! Don't worry, he didn't eat very much. I think it was a one-time taste.

my brother in law served his mission in the phillipines and loves bulot. He buys it from a phillipino store when we all gather as a family in WA. My dad, sister and I have each tried it. I think it tastes gross...but I can at least say I have tried it.
