Missing Seattle

Living in Hawaii is really a blessing. It is so much fun to have sun year round. However, there are many things that we miss: Our families, the Weaz, and.....that's about it!

Well we did our best to see everyone, but time didn't allow for much. We're sorry if we missed you. There's always next time...and Hawaii is just a flight away... :)

What did you do for Black Friday?

It is a tradition that Mom, Carrie, and I have had for several years to go Christmas shopping in Seattle. We have also been to Portland, OR, and San Francisco, CA, but Seattle is the hub. We have so much fun and this year Jeremi and Ty came with us! We had so much fun hanging out, spending time together and seeing all the hustle and bustle for Christmastime! I even got to see my lifetime friend, Ann Lefebvre, at the Seattle Art Museum where she works. In Hawaii, it is hard to believe it is December, but in Washington, all we had to do was step off the plane and we were reminded of what it meant to be cold!!

The table

We had a scrumptious dinner with the whole gang! Well, almost everyone was there...Richardsons and Matthews alike! Yes, we're a small bunch, but we had a lot of fun and delicious food. We even had some of Aunt Dana's homemade crackers! Don't forget the homemade pumpkin pie, blackberry pie, and cran-blueberry pie! Yum!!

Poster Presentations

Although it was only at school, one of our assignments was to make a poster and present it to our peers and many of the faculty. It was great experience and our audiences loved us!
